Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may request either a full refund or an exchange for the same product. To be eligible, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery, provide clear photo evidence of the damage, and return the item unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. We cover return shipping within Australia for approved damage claims. Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted. To start a damage claim, email hello@saxethelabel.com.au.

Wrong size
We offer FREE EXCHANGE for wrong size purchase.

To start an exchange, you must:

  • Lodge your enquiry within 14 days of delivery
  • Photo evidence of ring being unworn/ undamaged
  • Can return the goods unused and in their original packaging (we cover return shipping within AUS)
  • Your new size request
  • Email enquiry at hello@saxethelabel.com.au

All exchange approvals are at the discretion of Saxe The Label.

You cannot request a free exchange for wrong size twice, meaning once you've received your new size, you cannot request an exchange if you chose the incorrect size again on the same product. 

The cost and arranging of returning the ring from the customer to Saxe The Label is the customer's responsibility. Saxe The Label will only cover the cost of postage of the new ring.

Exchanges can take up to 30 days to fulfil.

Free exchanges aren't available to those who received it via a competition/ giveaway/ free gift from Saxe The Label.

Because our pieces are limited-release, we do not offer exchanges for change of mind.

For Australian customers, resizing is $70 AUD per ring. You must enquire within 7 days of delivery. Return postage and re-delivery postage are covered by us. Resizing takes approximately 4 to 8 business days.

For international customers, please email us for a resizing quote. Shipping costs vary by country.

Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on change-of-mind purchases, custom or personalised items, gift cards, or sale items.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country. These fees are not covered by Saxe.

We do not accept refunds for items sent back due to unpaid taxes/ duties.

Refunds for damage claims
Once we receive and inspect your returned damaged item, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to finalise the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@saxethelabel.com.au.

EU customers
Orders shipped to the European Union may be eligible for a 14-day cooling-off period. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging. Custom or personalised items and used items are not eligible.
