Australia
Standard shipping: $15 AUD (3–6 business days)
Express shipping: $20 AUD (1–4 business days)
Free express shipping for orders over $250 AUD.

Processing times
During busy sale periods/ new drops please allow 1–4 business days for processing and packaging your order.
Order by the 15th of December to receive your package before Christmas Eve (Australian customers only).

International orders

New Zealand
Express shipping: $45 NZD (2–5 business days)

United States
Express shipping: $35 USD (3–6 business days)

Canada
Express shipping: $46 CAD (3–6 business days)

United Kingdom
Express shipping: $35 GBP (3–6 business days)

Rest of world
At this stage we only ship to the countries listed above. We are working on expanding our international destinations for future drops.

Tracking your order
All domestic and international orders are shipped via Australia Post. A tracking number will be sent to you in your order confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

International duties and taxes
Customs duties, import taxes, and other fees charged by the destination country are not covered by us. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country. These fees are not covered by Saxe.

No duties or taxes are included in your shipping price.

Please be aware you may be charged this by your country's customs and this is out of our control/ separate to Saxe.

We do not accept refunds for items sent back due to unpaid taxes/ duties.

Most countries have a threshold for no duties required that our shipments fall under. The United States does not have this threshold.

Please do your research to find out how much duties/ import fees may cost you before you make a purchase.

Saxe products usually fall under 'Jewellery' or 'Precious Metals' for import/ customs categories.
